PLDT DESERVES SOME SPANKING!!!

As many of you may be aware, my disgust towards PLDT MyDSL's UNETHICAL AND HORRIBLY UNACCEPTABLE LEVEL OF COMPETENCE is never ending. (Fact:: 8 MONTHS of patience and DIPLOMATIC means to get SERVICE DONE RIGHT got me NOWHERE!!!) Ika nga sa tagalog, sagad na sa buto ang pambabastos na natanggap ko mula sa mga taong bumubuo ng kumpanyang ito. Hindi na nga nila kayang ibigay ang nararapat na serbisyo, may kaya pa silang mambastos ng PAYING (NOTE:PAYING) CUSTOMER NA HARAP HARAPAN!

Please forward to people you know who have experienced the same level of INCOMPETENCE I did the moment I paid them my first few hundred bucks SIMPLY TO GET MY PHONE LINE INSTALLED... PLDT has already juiced out more than 40K per subscriber the moment each subscriber decides to get the lowest DSL plan... multiply that by the number of subscribers they manage to sign up monthly (and who have no choice of leaving until 2 years after). that is how much the company is getting for such lousy service.

Wag tayong pumayag na tuluyang abusuhin ng kumpanyang ito dahil sa "24-month" contract kahit na di naman nila naibibigay ang nararapat na serbisyong binabayaran ng bawat tao na gumagamit ng kanilang MyDSL Service.

Minsan, wish ko lang magkaroon ng Better Business Bureau ang Pilipinas. Minsan mapapaisip ka rin... bakit kaya walang nangyayari sa mga complaints laban sa PLDT hanggang ngayon sa dinami dami ng taong nagrereklamo. Di ba kayo nagtataka? Ako nagtataka ako bakit di pa rin ako sinasagot ng NTC at ng DTI. Siguro nga, tama ang hinala ko. Ayoko na magsalita, pero sana lang...isang araw sa nalalapit na panahon, nagising ako at iba na ang DSL provider ko. Yung mura na, mas mabilis pa... at matino pa ang customer service. Gusto niyo ba yun? Ako OO.

yes, PLDT does suck. Now, call me juvenile and immature. Here's what I plan to do. They stuck me with a 16k bill after their crap ass service. Am I going to pay? Take a quick guess...

I advise you to do the same. Love your work.

It's obvious naman,mga kababayan,GISING!two things,They're not giving the right bandwidth that you paid for,Kse doon sila kumikita dagdag sa income nila,it's to simple,parang phone card.Second,para di gumana ang VOIP ng competitor nila,para mainis kayo sa voip companies,even the cable they're changing it,sometimes they're not following the standard color,para malito kayo.Lumipat na lang kayo ng service provider,wag na kayong magpaloko.It's the same old tricks of PLDT.I'm tellin you,they don't care kung walang quality,as long as kikita sila at mabawasan ang competitor.PLDT MONSTER of all.
PLDT myDSL...my Dick Sucking Lips.

hi my name is princess i have been subcribe with pldt dsl since last year..i thought that swicthing to pldt dsl would be a huge headache for me.but i'm wrong when i subscribe to them fro the first 3months thier service was really good i was greatly happy about how fast is it i did got the excite plans from dsl but after that three months period the excitement is gone the so called used to be so fast high velocity connections that i've got became worst..why worst?if before i'm getting higher speed of 2.0mbps i end up getting 122kbps imagine that?it was such a nightmare because i feel i was being ripped off with the money that i have been paying monthly on them..i feel that it is very unfair that they are trying to advertise on thier site how fast thier internet service but gosh it's full of craft because i'm one of those people who aren't lucky to have a good service from them for one year lock in period i'm stuck to a slower connections and even i keep on reporting to pldt 172 about the problems seems like they really don't pay attention to it i feel bad that they keep on scamming people just to earned some money from all of us..i really encouraging everyone that are planning to apply for pldt dsl to just forget about it because you will just waste your hardearned money for the craffy service of pldt.everyday i keep on calling them about my lousy slow connections they have been saying desame excuses all the time and now it has been three days i don't have any dsl connection so i end up using a dial up now wow!just imagine the headache and stress that i have to deal with them so for all of you people before you get some service to any dsl company make some research in your area how is it doin maybe it can help you decide wisely not to get ripped off this company sucks and i don't recommend to anyone to get thier service but if you want to get headache,stress and highblood go ahead pay too much a month for a lousy service..i hate pldt dsl now..i regret swicthing to them considering the one i got before was alright and they attend so fast to any technical problems...

my husband said that all of us who experience problems with pldt dsl should sue them because aside from the fact that they are having false advertisement they don't give the exact bandwidth that we should have imagine my experience with them i was paying 1,995 for an excite plan that suppostedly i should be getting 2.0mbps but gosh you will be surprise i only got 122kbps if im lucky i will have 324kbps but that is if your lucky..this experience has taught me many things that i should do my homework researching how thier service are,it's not fair that i pay 1,995 monthy and then i get a sucky slow connections and now for three days i dont have any connections at all..

at least you guys were able to subscribe... my experience with PLDT has never even started..yet? my sister went to PLDT Cyberzone in North Edsa to apply for myDSL Take note their ads tells you that you don't need documents but of course who would believe this?? off my sister went to the customer service and then one stupid agent told her that she cannot apply because:
a) she's a student (this is acceptable for me)
b) that the money we are going to pay them comes from remittances ( three of us in the family works outside the country)and now they care about where the money comes from..really can't see the logic there...

i tried telling her to apply on my behalf since they have this rule of not allowing students to apply so i thought maybe i could. Guess what??? hahaha... the answer is NO,. and that stupid fucking agent told my sister " pabalik balik ka na dito, masyado kang makulit" WTF!! is that the proper way to treat your potential clients? If I'm able to go there right now, i'll put him in place..

i guess i'll go for smart bro or globe broadband now..

Korek ka dyan, walang kwenta ang repair crew ng PLDT...BULOK...pero tuloy tuloy ang bayad natin dahil 2 weeks lang tayo di makabayad eto na ang notice of disconnection...pero yung repair na kailangan nilang ayusin it will take you months para magawa..pero tuloy pa din dapat ang bayad mo.....Dito sa U.S. pag may palpak ang serbisyo, di ka pababayarin kung anong months ang wala kang services dito "SORRY" lang matatanggap mo..."KAPAL"
